How it works

  • Ensure the app is downloaded on your phone, and turn on the notifications!
  • Check your email for the welcome letter and answer the questions prompted. Check spam if you haven't received it.
  • Once the profile is approved, the workout will be available on the App’s Home Screen.
  • Please follow the workout plan and meal goals assigned on the appropriate day.
  • Do not forget to log in to your food and water intake!
  • The card on file will be billed monthly from the day of purchase.
